Megan Thompson is a somatic practitioner, movement alchemist, and community educator devoted to helping people rebuild trust in their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. Her work weaves together somatics, nervous system awareness, Ayurvedic principles, and liberation-centered practices to create grounded spaces for reflection, emotional intelligence, and community care. Megan’s approach invites depth without overwhelm, meeting people exactly where they are and supporting them in stepping into who they’re meant to become.
